Welcome to Rivergate Community Church!

Rivergate Community Church is a Christian fellowship located in North Portland, OR.  As a Christian fellowship we are devoted to our Lord, Jesus Christ, and to living as his body in service and ministry to our community. We have learned that three core emphasis inform how we live out our calling to be an authentic expression of the Kingdom of God in North Portland:

WORSHIP:  RCC is a community that finds our core identity as a fellowship of Christian believers from all walks of life, drawn together in worship of God the Father, the creator of our universe.

GROW:  RCC has learned that out of our life of Worship, God the Spirit calls us to grow in knowledge, spiritual depth, and emotional openness to the needs of others.  As a community we make growth, in all aspects of our lives as believers, a core practice and vital part of who we are.

SERVE:  As we grow, RCC has realized that God the Son, Jesus Christ, has rescued us from Sin and Death so that we might serve as his stewards in creation, and in our local community.  We are dedicated to finding ways to participate in God's love for North Portland through community sevice and social justice.
